It should also exclude the marginally-competent (Biden). But again, elections are an emotional decision when in fact they should be rational choices. And world wide, governance is in a shambles, with all manner of disputes relying on military actions as the default solution to every issue. Human dignity is tossed aside and so is the health of all other forms of life as well as the livability of the whole planet. And we call ths civlization?
